I have no idea how to tell what physiological characteristics one has from astrology
Aries = Big forehead
Taurus = Thick neck
Gemini = Spaghetti arms
Cancer = Huge tiddy (if female)
Leo = generally proportionally aesthetic
Virgo = for me I notice not "round" but curved features
Libra = fr I don't notice physiognomy as much as they're boring as shit or the most insane person I've met (no in between) Someone comment Libra physiognomy
Scorpio = big pp (or so I've been told) also sharp features.
Sagittarius = long legs
Capricorn = Jaw line. (Fr every single famous person that's a Capricorn has the same jawline)
Aquarius = elongated features
Pisces = Feet
All of these things are sometimes things. And in all honesty your Rising sign impacts your physiognomy more than your Sun.
